Tickets were around $150 for standing room (assigned seats were sold out) & the tickets indicated the show time as 8pm but they omitted to mention that It's A Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play doesn't begin until almost 10pm. Thought the concert would have been better, a little disappointed? A lot of standing around & kind of dull. Thankfully a waiter at the restaurant we dined at suggested arriving after 9pm. It's A Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play's music, their band, energy, etc. I like, but the concert was unexpectedly uninteresting. Standing around for 45 min was tedious & once It's A Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play started performing, the show was very slow to pick up the energy & flow......so we left early.
Freezing experience
My only gripes were that it was freezing cold and expensive for a hockey game. It was a great experience, once in a lifetime. For how expensive our seats were, to be honest, we should have gotten free hand warmers, a program, something! And I was disappointed that I didn’t get a commemorative ticket. That is the one reason I may stop buying through Ticketmaster. I would like to be given the option for events that offer commemorative tickets and are over $100 (these were 250 each), especially during presales! This is an event you would want that keepsake!
"A Live Radio Play: It's A Wonderful Life was a special treat for fans. Many favorites and a few less popular numbers were played and sung by him at his best. Designing the set and graphics must have required a great deal of planning and practice. Brad & Co. always appreciate their fans and are willing to show that appreciation with good music and lots of personal touches such as walking through the crowd. Brad's demeanor and songs reflect a certain amount of polish and gentlemanly manners--qualities often missing from country musicians. It's a pleasant experience to be able to understand the lyrics sung in a straight forward fashion with the right touch of humor or pathos or thoughtfulness--a rarity in country music."

"I got an email the day before the concert asking for shirt sizes. I sent everyone in my party the code to get your shirt for the vip package. It appears as if you didn't redeem your code within 1 day, the code expired. Half of my party weren't able to redeem their exclusive shirt. Vip ticket holders were told to be at the venue at 5:30pm and would be allowed to go in at 6:15 pm. But for what? So they'd have time to pass out the VIP lanyards, maybe. I emailed the promoters to let them know, but I haven't heard back from them. Once we got inside, we were only allowed to stand around in the lobby for an hour before they let us in the concert hall. Jasmine was great, but I'm not sure what we paid for as far as the VIP experience. So you mean to tell me we paid extra money for a VIP experience and there was no experience?"
